When you see Sudwala Lodge’s RCI Silver Crown badge, it tells a bigger story than just an award. It tells guests they’re choosing a resort recognised for quality, care, and consistently memorable stays.
The RCI Resort Recognition Programme celebrates resorts that deliver exceptional holiday experiences and maintain high standards across service, maintenance, and hospitality. It’s designed to recognise the resorts that truly go the extra mile.
There are three main RCI awards: Gold Crown, Silver Crown, and the Hospitality Award, plus the Standard Resort grading for newer resorts working toward these levels.
The Silver Crown Award recognises resorts that consistently provide excellent guest experiences and strong guest satisfaction. It shows that a resort has maintained a high standard across service delivery, facilities, and overall holiday enjoyment.
Guest feedback is a major part of the process. Through RCI Member Comment Cards, guests rate five key areas: check-in and check-out, hospitality, resort maintenance, unit maintenance, and unit housekeeping. These ratings are reviewed over a full year.
RCI also considers the full resort offering, including amenities, guest services, unit quality, housekeeping, and the condition of the overall property.
For Sudwala Lodge, retaining Silver Crown status is a reflection of what makes every visit special; great service, beautiful surroundings, and the kind of stay guests love coming back to.
